Service Description

We offer custom blueprints and plans. Whether you want to do the work yourself or have us do it you are going to need plans. The Building Department requires plans for approval of permits, contractors utilize plans for estimating and performing the work, and you, the client, will use the plans to ensure everything is in its place and accounted for. We will meet with you over coffee or at your house or office to go over what you want the space in question to look like. Once we get everything jotted down we will begin work on the plans. All of our plans come with multiple layers (i.e. framing, plumbing, electrical, elevations, etc.) and are available in digital or hardcopy for a small printing fee. Our plans are not stamped or approved by an engineer, however, if it is required we can arrange for that to be completed. Our typical rate is $150/hr for blueprint creation, which if we do the install we will build the cost into your proposal.
