1. Lead, train, and manage a team of apprentice, journeyman, and master carpenters, in renovating and constructing residential homes or commercial spaces.
2. Communicate Statuses: Delays, needs, and other job specifics with the Asst. PM or Project Manager in Daily and Weekly Objective Meetings.
3. Aquire materials needed for the project prior and during the project.
4. Handle disciplinary actions within the crew.
Pay: DOE starting at $23.00/Hr

Requirements
Min. 25 yrs old
Reliable Transportation
Smartphone for timeclock and communication
Self-Driven/Motivated
Carry up to 50lbs
Climb ladders/scaffolding
Provide personal handtools (hammer, triangle/speed square, utility knife, gloves, safety glasses)
Have minimum of 6 years experience in a construction related job. Must be verifiable.
